Leven House is a very comfortable Victorian guest house in the heart of the Perthshire countryside. It has been constantly modernised.
Our large lounge provides a stunning view of Crieff and the surrounding countryside, from Turleum Hill in the south to Glen Turret in the north.
Our very comfortable and well appointed rooms are double or twin bedded with en suite facilities and have either a front view to the hills or a back view to the garden. They are freshly decorated and are provided with flat screen TV, refreshment tray, hair dryer and individually operated heating, including electric blankets on all beds.
The breakfast room is on the ground floor and offers individual tables for each room. For breakfast there is a large buffet selection of starters, followed by a wide choice of cooked foods. This allows everyone to have the type of breakfast they enjoy. We use locally sourced produce as much as possible to provide you with a breakfast that will set you up for the day ahead.
The guest house has been awarded an Excellent Certificate for Food Hygiene every year for 25 consecutive years from the Perthshire Environmental Department and we’re proud to say that we’re the only guest house in Crieff to achieve this.
Garden and car park
To the rear of the guest house there is a large, free private car park which will accommodate up to ten cars. We also have a small garden featuring a sun-trap patio for guest use. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing evening offering a view of the surrounding hills.
When arriving or departing bring your car to the front as it is easier to unpack or pack.
Guests can also take advantage of our free wi-fi on request
