The Famous Grouse Experience at Glenturret Distillery Take a walk (it's only 15 minutes up the road) to the oldest and most visited distillery in Scotland. Learn how Glenturret (scotch) whisky is made and take a dram at the end of your tour.
Drummond Castle and Gardens Visit "one of the finest formal gardens in Europe". Only 10 minutes away by car, the gardens at the 17th century castle originate from 1630 and were visited by Queen Victoria in 1842, who described them as "really very fine". The gardens were also featured in the film, Rob Roy.
Crieff Highland Games If you're here in August, visit our traditional highland games, just a 10 minute stroll from the bed and breakfast through the town centre.
You can start many walks in and around Crieff from the hotel, such as the Lady Mary's Walk, a stroll along the River Earn. A drive up to Glen Turret offers a walk along the loch side or the start of some interesting climbs around the hills that surround Crieff, including our very own Munro, Ben-y-hone or Ben Chonzie.

Crieff and Strathearn Drovers' Tryst If you're here in October and you like walking or cycling, be sure to participate in the Drovers' Tryst. Now in its seventh year, the Tryst celebrates the life, work and play of the people who made Crieff the crossroads of Scotland in the 1700s.
